Lagoon Day

Lagoon this year was a blast for our family. Not only did we get to enjoy it with Colleen and her kids, Phil and his family, Mom and McCall and Keyon but Drew came with us this year.

Wynn being 1 inch too short for all the grown up rides spent the first part of our day in kiddie land with Sierra and Savannah.

We did them all from Dino Drop to the Baby boats. But as we (the adults) got anxious to ride some big kid rides headed over to the White RollerCoaster which Drew snuck Wynn on.

Placing his baseball hat on Wynn's head gave the appearance of the extra inch he was missing. Wynn was fearless and LOVED the ride. So we thought...lets take him on Wicked. Here we had to do a bit more convincing and the kid in charge wasn't so sure about it but Drew kinda just dragged him through. As I sat next to him watching his face change from smiling to pure terror then back to smiling I hoped he was okay and that we hadn't scarred him for life.

But he just wanted more. I however didn't have the same convincing talent that Drew has and couldn't get him on the Spider but that was okay cuz Drew got him on pretty much every other one he wanted to try including Colossus. Which I ended up taking Savannah on (she was 2 inches too short) and she loved it!! So it was a good day of sneaking short 5 year olds on rides they shouldn't go on but really wanted to go on.

Next year is going to be awesome!
